EU countries: 5–10 business days

International (e.g., USA, Canada): 10–20 business days (depending on destination country)

Free within Germany

Outside of Germany, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Invoice: The payment term is 30 days from the date of shipment of the goods/tickets or, in the case of other services, from the date the service is made available. Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum €6.95) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month following the month in which Klarna sends you a monthly statement. Immediate payment: Your account will be debited immediately after placing your order.

Direct debit: The amount will be debited after the goods have been shipped. You will be notified of the exact date by email. (Please only list payment methods that you actually offer.)

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment payment, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we will forward your data to Klarna for address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase agreement. Please understand that we can only offer you the payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. 💡 Shipping takes place after payment is received. You will then receive a tracking number via email.

For manual bank transfers, our bank details will appear immediately after purchase.

After payment is received, your artwork will be securely packaged and shipped.

Taxes & Returns

No VAT is charged in accordance with §19 UStG (small business regulation).

Return shipping within Germany and the EU is free.

60-day return policy – if you are not satisfied, you can easily return the artwork.
