Shipping & Packaging

We offer worldwide shipping from our studio in Germany.

All artworks are securely packaged in professional art-safe materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Every shipment includes a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Germany: 2–5 business days

EU Countries: 5–10 business days

International (USA, Canada, etc.): 10–20 business days (depending on the destination)

Shipping Costs:

Germany: Free shipping

International: Flat rate of $50

Combined Shipping: If you purchase multiple paintings, they will be shipped together in one package for a single flat fee of $50. There are no additional shipping charges for extra items in the same order.

PayPal: Fast and easy checkout with full buyer protection.

Klarna (Available in DE, AT, CH): Pay later or in installments (subject to Klarna's terms).

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is to be made directly to Klarna:

Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from the shipment of the goods or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum €6.95) or under the conditions specified at checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly statement. Pay Now (Sofort): Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
Direct Debit: The amount will be debited after the goods have been shipped. You will be notified of the exact date via email.

Credit Check & Data Protection: The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the contract, we forward your data to Klarna for address and credit checks. Taxes, Customs & Returns

Taxes: In accordance with the German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), VAT is not charged or displayed.

Customs & Duties: For international orders (outside the EU), the buyer is responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs duties.

60-Day Return Policy: We want you to love your art. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the artwork within 60 days for a full refund.

Free Returns: We cover the cost of return shipping for all orders.

Once payment is confirmed, your artwork will be carefully packed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
