- Within Germany: 2–5 working days
- EU countries: 5–10 working days
- International (e.g., USA, Canada): 10–20 working days (depending on the destination country)

- Free within Germany
- Shipping costs outside of Germany will be calculated at checkout.

The use of payment methods such as invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase agreement, we forward your data to Klarna for address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. - Invoice: Payment is due within 30 days of dispatch of the goods/tickets or, in the case of other services, from the date the service is provided. - Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum €6.95) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly statement. - Immediate: Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
- Direct debit: The amount will be debited after the goods have been shipped. You will be notified of the exact date by email. (Please only list payment methods that you actually offer.)
Shipping takes place after receipt of payment. You will then receive shipment tracking information via email.

- Choose your preferred payment method.
- For manual bank transfers, our bank details will appear immediately after purchase.
- Once payment is received, your artwork will be securely packaged and shipped.
Taxes & Returns
- No VAT is shown in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation).
- Return shipping within Germany and the EU is free.
- 60-day return policy – if you are not satisfied, you can easily return the artwork.
